January 2010
Cabinet Cures® goes green.
Cabinet Cures would like to announce that we are going green. All of our stains and lacquers are water-based products as opposed to the oil-based formulas that were used in the past. Cabinet Cures is trying to do our part in terms of being friendly to our environment. We are also currently working with a chemical company in manufacturing a more earth-friendly stripper that we will be using to remove old finishes. This will be a great product for us to use in line with our other water-based products in order to provide a cleaaner and safer workplace for our employees and a healthier environment in our clients' homes as they will not have the unpleasant fumes and harsh chemicals being used.
Cabinet Cures also does its part in the recycling of all materials that are allowed. All of the paper products that are used are recycled as well as all wood products such as old cabinet doors and moulding are taken to a mill and ground up and used in other products instead of adding to our landfills.
Cabinet Cures is committed to doing its part in trying to preserve our planet for the future of our family and friends.
October 2009
Grand opening of our winning new Las Vegas Cabinet Cures® location!
September 2009
Cabinet Cures® secures the rights to our own exclusive water-based stain system. We have formulated 286 custom colors that you cannot find anywhere else. The new water-based stains give us the ability to achieve greater uniformityh of color and deeper, richer tones than we could achieve with oil-based stains. The water-based stains are also a big part of our "Going Green" program!
